This year has highlighted many of the issues facing Asian Americans in entertainment, such as a lack of diversity and Asian American points of view, and online movements like #StarringJohnChu, #WhitewashedOut, #OscarsSoWhite, and more.

As the only Asian American entertainment network in the U.S., Myx TV actively fights against these issues and works to elevate the unique and authentic stories of Asian Americans.

Movements like #StarringJohnChu have inspired Myx TV to give viewers a timely showcase of films to flip the script and shut down stereotypes. Myx TV will feature a different Asian romance movie from countries like Taiwan, China and South Korea (with subtitles) every Friday night all summer long.
